"Dear Tommy Quality team i am writing to report a quality issue with a pair of Tommy John underwear purchased recently in the USA. After only about a month of light wear, the flatlock stitching along the seam has unraveled and completely opened up. I have attached clear photos of the damage and the product tag for your reference. Since I am currently traveling abroad in Pakistan, I am unable to visit a US store or send the damaged item back. "I have been a customer of TJbfor many years. I like the feel and look of the cool cotton boxers briefs; there are extremely comfortable and fit well. Regrettably they do not last long as the elastine stretches and frays and fails to hold it shape resulting in the white strands being visible. I am disappointed that the underwear could not sustain a few wearings and washings."

"Purchased the same size I've been wearing for years. Used to fit me perfectly. But when it arrived, it was very tight and constricting. It was odd because it was the exact same type and size of the previous boxers. XL, Pima cotton. Will have to purchase XXL next time since it seems the sizes have changed."
