Thanks for your interest. The Hammock Pouch is an additional added in pouch which adds separation to prevent any sticking or chafing, while also providing support to prevent any swinging. The pouch uses our innovative air mesh fabric for breathability, anti-odor, and antibacterial benefits. All of our men's underwear feature the standard Contour Pouch which is a curved construction at the front of the underwear to provide greater comfort. If you are unsure we would suggest starting with the standard style, or one of each to see which they prefer.
